March 16, 2009 Judge Issues Owosso Street opinion
Feb 27, 2009 Board Members Chris Mason, Rena Ray, Mike Dyer, Jerry Stone, Bill Tomlin and Steve Meinhardt attended the hearing on the Owosso Street road end in Stanton District Court on 2/23/09.
    While the CLA is not in any way a part of or involved in this lawsuit, we feel it necessary to provide information and to help where we can as this issue has the potential to affect our members who are both lakefront owners and backlot owners. Then CLA President and Attorney Chris Mason spoke on behalf of the CLA and was received very positively. Stay tuned for future information on this issue. Here is a link to the Daily News report.
