March 16, 2009 Judge Issues Owosso Street opinion
Feb 27, 2009 Board Members Chris Mason, Rena Ray, Mike Dyer, Jerry Stone, Bill Tomlin and Steve Meinhardt attended the hearing on the Owasso Street road end in Stanton District Court on 2-23-09. While the CLA is not in anyway a part or involved in this lawsuit we feel it nessasary to provide information and help where we can as has the potential to effect our members who are both lake front owners and back lot owners. CLA President and Attorney Chris Mason spoke on behalf of the lake association and was received very positively. Stay tuned for future information on this. Here is a link to the Daily News report.
